Appeal to Research Mentees and Research Mentors to Join Our Institute (Honorary and Paid Basis)
Building a Knowledge Bridge Between Generations
The Strategia Research and Training Institute is a knowledge-driven organization dedicated to fostering impactful, interdisciplinary, and socially relevant research. In our pursuit of inclusive excellence, we recognize the immense value of research mentorship—the dynamic exchange of ideas, experiences, and expertise between emerging researchers (mentees) and established scholars (mentors).
Through this appeal, we invite research mentees and mentors from across India and abroad to join our Institute on an honorary or paid basis, contributing to a culture of intellectual growth, curiosity, and collaborative innovation.
Why This Appeal?
The world faces complex challenges—climate change, public health crises, rural development, gender inequality, technology access, and more. These issues demand rigorous, ethical, and interdisciplinary research, supported by robust mentorship models.
Unfortunately, many young researchers lack access to experienced guides, networks, and resources to grow. Simultaneously, many senior experts wish to contribute beyond traditional academia but lack structured platforms to mentor the next generation.
At the Strategia Research and Training Institute, we are bridging this gap through a formal and flexible Research Mentorship Program, built on mutual respect, continuous learning, and real-world impact.
