Empowering the Next Generation of Thinkers, Leaders, and Changemakers
Why Research Mentorship Matters
In today’s knowledge-driven world, research is the cornerstone of innovation, development, and policy transformation. However, quality research cannot thrive in isolation—it requires direction, experience, and encouragement. At the Strategia Research and Training Institute, we recognize that mentorship is a vital component of nurturing skilled researchers capable of solving real-world challenges.
Our Research Mentorship Program is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and applied research by pairing early-career researchers with experienced mentors from academia, policy, and the development sector. We aim to create a supportive ecosystem that fosters critical thinking, interdisciplinary collaboration, and community-centered inquiry.
