Journal Submission Guidelines

The STRATI Journal of Management and Organizational Studies is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access academic platform dedicated to advancing scholarly and practice-based knowledge in the fields of management, leadership, and organizational research. The journal welcomes high-quality theoretical, empirical, and conceptual contributions from academics, researchers, consultants, practitioners, and policymakers that critically examine the dynamics of organizations and the principles, practices, and innovations that shape their performance and sustainability.

The journal covers diverse organizational contexts—including private, public, and non-profit sectors—across local, national, and global levels. It aims to address the challenges faced by organizations in an era of globalization, digital transformation, sustainability imperatives, and shifting socio-economic conditions. Contributions are encouraged from interdisciplinary perspectives, combining insights from business studies, sociology, psychology, economics, and public administration.

The Journal seeks to:
