Journal Submission Guidelines

The STRATI Journal of Leadership, Innovation, and Organizational Change is an open-access, peer-reviewed, international journal dedicated to advancing theoretical, empirical, and applied research on leadership, innovation management, and change processes within organizations.

The journal serves as a platform for scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and organizational leaders to share insights into how leadership styles, strategic innovation, and change management practices shape organizational effectiveness, adaptability, and sustainability in an increasingly dynamic and competitive global environment.

By integrating perspectives from management science, behavioral science, organizational psychology, human resource development, and strategic studies, the journal addresses the interplay between human capital, technology, culture, and governance in fostering innovation and managing change.
