Journal Submission Guidelines

The STRATI Journal of Innovation and Knowledge Management is an open-access, peer-reviewed, international journal dedicated to advancing scholarly and practical understanding of innovation processes, knowledge creation, and strategic knowledge management in organizations, industries, and economies. The journal provides a platform for interdisciplinary research that explores how innovation and knowledge assets drive competitiveness, productivity, and sustainable growth in both developed and emerging economies.

It welcomes theoretical, empirical, and applied contributions from diverse disciplines, including economics, management, organizational studies, information systems, engineering, social sciences, and policy research. The journal emphasizes policy-oriented and practice-relevant studies that link innovation systems and knowledge management strategies to real-world challenges in technology adoption, organizational change, and sustainable development.

The Journal aims to:
