Journal Submission Guidelines

The STRATI Journal of Human Resource Development and Talent Management is an open-access, peer-reviewed, international journal that serves as a scholarly platform for advancing theory, empirical research, and practice in the domains of workforce development, talent acquisition, leadership, and strategic human capital management.

The journal brings together contributions from academics, HR practitioners, policymakers, and consultants to explore how organizations can attract, retain, develop, and engage talent in a rapidly evolving global workplace. It embraces an interdisciplinary approach, integrating perspectives from management, psychology, education, organizational behaviour, labour economics, and leadership studies.

Emphasis is placed on forward-looking research addressing the challenges and opportunities of managing human capital in an era shaped by technological disruption, demographic shifts, globalization, and the growing importance of diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability in the workplace.

The Journal aims to:
