The STRATI Journal of Higher Education and Policy is a peer-reviewed, open-access international journal that provides a platform for interdisciplinary and policy-relevant scholarship on the structures, dynamics, challenges, and innovations in higher education systems worldwide. It is dedicated to promoting critical inquiry into higher education reforms, governance, financing, quality assurance, equity, digital transformation, and the role of higher education in sustainable development and knowledge societies.
This journal invites original research articles, comparative policy studies, theoretical contributions, empirical investigations, and practitioner reflections that explore the relationship between higher education and public policy, institutional practices, and socio-economic development. Submissions should generally be between 6,000 and 8,000 words, accompanied by an abstract of no more than 200 words. All papers undergo double-blind peer review and must include a plagiarism report.
The journal is of interest to researchers, educators, university leaders, policy analysts, education planners, and government and non-governmental actors involved in education reform and policymaking at national, regional, and global levels.
