Journal Submission Guidelines

The STRATI Journal of Global Health and Policy is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing scholarly and policy-oriented research on global, regional, and national health challenges and their governance. The journal serves as a platform for researchers, public health professionals, policymakers, NGOs, and multilateral agencies to exchange insights on the determinants of health, healthcare systems performance, health equity, and the policy frameworks shaping health outcomes worldwide.

The journal welcomes interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral contributions from public health, epidemiology, economics, political science, sociology, international relations, law, and development studies. It particularly encourages research that addresses the intersections between health and broader development goals, evaluates the effectiveness of health interventions, and explores innovative governance mechanisms to tackle health inequities.

Typical manuscripts range from 6,000–8,000 words with an abstract not exceeding 200 words. All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process. The journal enforces a zero-plagiarism policy and requires a plagiarism report at submission.

Its audience includes academics, healthcare practitioners, policymakers, international agencies, advocacy organizations, and students working on health governance, global health diplomacy, and public health interventions.

The Journal aims to:

  • Promote high-quality, evidence-based research to inform health policy at the global, regional, and national levels.
  • Explore the linkages between health outcomes, socio-economic determinants, and policy frameworks.
  • Advance understanding of health governance structures, global health security, and international health cooperation.
  • Contribute to policy debates on universal health coverage (UHC), health financing, and health equity.
  • Provide a platform for sharing innovative health interventions and lessons learned from diverse contexts.

The journal aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
