Journal Submission Guidelines

The STRATI Journal of Food Science and Post-Harvest Technology is a peer-reviewed, international journal dedicated to publishing original research, reviews, and innovations in food science, technology, and post-harvest management. The journal provides a platform for scientists, food technologists, agricultural engineers, and industry professionals to share advancements that enhance food quality, safety, shelf-life, and value addition.
