The STRATI Journal of Education and Digital Learning is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal that serves as a leading platform for scholarly and policy-relevant work on the transformative role of digital technologies in education. It addresses the integration of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), online and blended learning, artificial intelligence in education, digital pedagogy, e-learning systems, and innovative assessment models.
The journal publishes original research articles, theoretical papers, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and practice-based case studies that explore the nexus between education, technology, and learning outcomes. It welcomes interdisciplinary perspectives from education, computer science, cognitive science, sociology, policy studies, and development economics.
Manuscripts should generally be between 6,000 and 8,000 words, with abstracts not exceeding 200 words. All submissions are subject to double-blind peer review and must adhere to the journal’s zero-plagiarism policy, accompanied by a plagiarism report.
The readership includes educators, researchers, edtech developers, instructional designers, education policymakers, and practitioners engaged in digital transformation in education at all levels—primary, secondary, tertiary, and lifelong learning.
