Journal Submission Guidelines

The STRATI Journal of Agroforestry and Forestry Sciences is a peer-reviewed international journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research, reviews, and innovations in the fields of agroforestry and forestry sciences. The journal provides a multidisciplinary platform for researchers, forest managers, environmentalists, and policymakers to share advances in sustainable forest management, agroforestry systems, conservation, and ecosystem services. It emphasizes integrative approaches that balance ecological, economic, and social objectives for sustainable land use and forest resource management.

The journal aims to:

  • Promote interdisciplinary research and innovation in agroforestry and forestry sciences.
  • Facilitate the development and dissemination of sustainable forest and agroforestry management practices.
  • Support studies on biodiversity conservation, carbon sequestration, and ecosystem restoration.
  • Encourage research addressing climate change mitigation and adaptation in forest landscapes.
  • Provide a forum for policy analysis and community-based forest management approaches.

The scope includes but is not limited to:

  • Agroforestry system design, management, and productivity.
  • Forest ecology, silviculture, and conservation biology.
  • Forest genetics and tree improvement.
  • Soil and water conservation in forested and agroforestry landscapes.
  • Carbon dynamics and climate change mitigation through forestry.
  • Non-timber forest products and sustainable harvesting.
  • Remote sensing, GIS, and forest monitoring technologies.
  • Community forestry and socio-economic aspects of forestry management.
