It is with great pleasure and profound commitment that I welcome you to Strategia Research and Training Institute. As the Director, I have had the privilege of witnessing the power of knowledge to transform lives, communities, and policies—and our institute is founded on that very belief. In today’s rapidly evolving world, complex social, economic, and environmental challenges demand rigorous inquiry, innovative thinking, and thoughtful action. At Strategia Research and Training Institute, our vision is to be a centre of excellence in research and capacity building—bridging scholarship with practice, and equipping individuals and institutions to address the urgent problems of our time.

Our mission is threefold:

1. High-Quality Research: We will pursue interdisciplinary, policy-relevant research that illuminates critical issues—especially those that are under-explored, marginalized, or emerging.
2. Capacity Building & Training: We are dedicated to nurturing researchers, practitioners, and community leaders through trainings, workshops, mentorships, and collaborative learning.
3. Impact & Engagement: We believe knowledge should not stop at publication. We strive to make research accessible—informing policy, guiding social change, and giving a voice to communities that are often unheard.
