Professor Wojciech Nowiak is a distinguished scholar of social policy and international relations at Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań, Poland, and the University of Applied Sciences in Konin. He earned his Ph.D. on the Social Policy of Norway and completed his habilitation on The Evolution of Nordic Social Systems. A specialist in conflict resolution, security studies, and public diplomacy, he has advised Poland’s National Security Bureau on regional policy and participated in Polish–Ukrainian negotiations on historical and cultural cooperation. Professor Nowiak is Co-founder and President of the International Peace Accelerator, fostering dialogue between Israel and Palestine. With over 100 scholarly publications and participation in major global forums including UNESCO, NATO, and China–Europe Think Tank Symposia, he continues to advance international cooperation, regional integration, and peacebuilding through research and diplomacy.
