The STRATI Journal of Strategic Leadership and Corporate Performance is an open-access, peer-reviewed, international journal that publishes original research, conceptual papers, case studies, and policy-oriented analyses on the intersection of leadership strategy and organizational performance.

The journal provides a platform for interdisciplinary scholarship integrating management science, organizational behavior, corporate governance, economics, and policy studies.
