Journal Submission Guidelines

The STRATI Journal of Corporate Governance and Ethics is an open-access, peer-reviewed, international journal dedicated to advancing research, theory, and practice on corporate governance, business ethics, corporate responsibility, and sustainability in diverse organizational contexts.

The journal serves as a global platform for academics, practitioners, policymakers, and regulators to explore how governance structures, ethical practices, and accountability mechanisms shape organizational performance, stakeholder trust, and long-term value creation. It addresses governance challenges across private corporations, public enterprises, non-profits, and international organizations, focusing on the interplay between ethical decision-making, transparency, and regulatory compliance.

It encourages interdisciplinary contributions from economics, law, management, political science, sociology, and philosophy to foster a deeper understanding of the evolving global governance landscape.

The Journal aims to:

  • Promote research on governance systems, codes of conduct, ethical frameworks, and corporate responsibility practices.
  • Analyze the impact of governance and ethics on corporate performance, market confidence, and sustainability.
  • Provide a forum for policy-relevant and practice-oriented insights into governance reforms, board effectiveness, and accountability mechanisms.
