Journal Submission Guidelines

The STRATI Journal of Law, Justice, and Human Rights is a peer-reviewed, international journal dedicated to publishing scholarly research, critical analyses, and case studies that explore legal systems, justice mechanisms, and human rights frameworks worldwide. The journal offers an interdisciplinary platform for legal scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and human rights advocates to examine the evolving challenges and developments in law and justice. It emphasizes the promotion of rule of law, access to justice, and the protection and advancement of human rights in diverse socio-political contexts.

The journal aims to:

  • Promote rigorous research and scholarship in law, justice, and human rights.
  • Facilitate dissemination of theoretical, empirical, and applied studies on legal and human rights issues.
