Journal Submission Guidelines

The STRATI Journal of Crop Science and Agronomy is a peer-reviewed, international journal focused on advancing research and development in crop science and agronomic practices. The journal provides a scholarly platform for researchers, agronomists, and practitioners to disseminate original research, reviews, and case studies that improve crop production, soil management, and sustainable agricultural practices. It emphasizes innovative approaches to enhance crop yield, quality, and resilience under diverse environmental conditions.

The journal aims to:

  • Promote cutting-edge research in crop science and agronomy to support global food security and sustainable agriculture.
  • Facilitate knowledge exchange on crop genetics, breeding, physiology, and soil-plant interactions.
  • Encourage studies on sustainable crop production systems, resource-efficient farming, and environmental stewardship.
  • Support research addressing biotic and abiotic stresses affecting crops and strategies for their management.
  • Provide a forum for discussing advances in agronomic techniques, crop management, and post-harvest handling.

The scope includes but is not limited to:

  • Crop genetics, breeding, and biotechnology.
  • Crop physiology, growth, and development.
  • Soil science as it relates to crop production.
  • Pest, disease, and weed management in cropping systems.
  • Agronomic practices including crop rotation, intercropping, and conservation agriculture.
  • Precision agriculture and use of technology in crop management.
  • Post-harvest technology and crop quality improvement.
  • Climate change impacts on crops and adaptation strategies.
