Whether on an honorary basis or through paid engagements, our training consultants are at the heart of skill development, capacity building, and lifelong learning at the Strategia Research and Training Institute.

Note: Business and Management Sciences includes sustainable marketing, human resource development, financial literacy and inclusion, supply chain and logistics management, and rural enterprise strategy.
Behind each of these programs are training consultants who bring subject expertise, adult learning techniques, contextual sensitivity, and a strong commitment to inclusive education.
Who Can Become a Training Consultant at Our Institute?
We welcome individuals with experience and a passion for education, training, and community engagement. Ideal profiles include:
Certified trainers, facilitators, and master trainers
Management and Development professionals and NGO educators
Retired teachers, professors, and skill development experts
Professionals with domain-specific knowledge and training experience
Practitioners with experience in curriculum design and delivery
Trainers affiliated with NSDC, government schemes, or international development organizations
Training Consultants can be based in India or abroad. Both in-person and virtual engagements are encouraged.
Roles and Responsibilities
Training Consultants may work independently or as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Key roles include:
1. Designing Training Modules
- Developing learner-centric curricula tailored to specific target groups (youth, SHGs, government workers, etc.)
- Preparing manuals, handouts, and learning materials in English, Hindi, and regional languages
- Integrating theory, case studies, and practical exercises.
2. Delivering Training Sessions
- Conducting workshops, webinars, and on-site trainings
- Using participatory methodologies and adult learning strategies
- Offering one-time sessions or extended modular courses.
3. Trainer of Trainers (ToT)
- Training field facilitators and partner organizations to replicate and scale programs
- Enhancing capacity of trainers through mentorship and peer-learning
4. Monitoring and Evaluation
- Assessing pre- and post-training learning outcomes
- Gathering feedback for continuous improvement
- Supporting the development of assessment tools and impact metrics
5. Advisory and Content Innovation
- Suggesting themes and frameworks based on current trends and gaps
- Advising on learning technologies, mobile training, and blended delivery models
Modes of Engagement
We offer flexible formats to engage Training Consultants in alignment with their availability and preferences:
Honorary Training Consultants
- Ideal for retired professionals, educators, and socially motivated individuals
- Offer their services part-time or on a project basis
- Receive a certificate of appreciation, official affiliation, and recognition on our platform
Paid Training Consultants
- Receive honorarium or professional fees per session or per project
- Travel, lodging, and materials covered as applicable
- Short-term contracts or consultancy-based payments depending on program needs
Consultants may choose to work in-person (field-based), remotely (online training), or in hybrid formats.
