Dr. Dalip Kumar is Honorary Professor of Economics at the Delhi School of Professional Studies & Research, GGSIP University, New Delhi. He served over two decades at the National Council of Applied Economic Research (NCAER), New Delhi, contributing to policy-oriented studies in labour, health, social sector, and industrial economics. A Ph.D. in Economics from Patna University, Dr. Kumar has also been associated as guest faculty with leading universities and management institutes. He has authored and edited numerous books and research volumes on sustainable development, employment, rural transformation, and climate change, alongside over 100 published articles. Actively engaged in national and international seminars, he is a life member of several academic associations and currently Joint Secretary of the Indian Economic Association. His research and teaching continue to influence discourse on inclusive growth and development in India.
