Dr. Mohan Patel is Vice Chancellor, Krantiguru Shyamji Krishna Verma Kachchh University, Gujarat, and a distinguished academician and education administrator with over three decades of experience. A Gold Medalist in Economics and Ph.D. from Saurashtra University, Dr. Patel has served as Principal of N. S. Patel Arts (Autonomous) College, Anand, Gujarat, Dean, Faculty of Arts, and Registrar (OSD) at Sardar Patel University. He has authored and edited over 20 books and published numerous research papers on education, human development, and sustainable growth. Under his leadership, N. S. Patel College became Gujarat’s first single-faculty autonomous arts college, accredited with ‘A’ Grade by NAAC and recognized as a “College with Potential for Excellence” by UGC. Recipient of several national and international awards, Dr. Patel has been instrumental in promoting innovation, inclusive education, and academic excellence across higher education institutions in India.
